The Wrestling
Observer Reporter is reporting those close to Triple H feel as he gains more
power in the company; expect more tag team wrestling and less female
wrestling.
Reportedly, Triple H has never
been high on women's wrestling. He feels a solid tag team division is very
valuable.
While there have been females
added to WWE's developmental as of late, many are expecting Triple H to focus on
having a few solid workers in the Divas division and keeping the attention on
them.
The days of signing female talents
from modeling agenicies and magazines are said to be gone. This is something
that took place under the reign of John Laurinaitis in charge of the talent and
Triple H is determined to move as far away from that as possible.
My Thoughts: "Solid tag team division"? I don't know about you, but I'm going to get tired pretty quickly of seeing Kofi/R-Truth, Epico/Primo, and Darren/Titus on my TV. And besides, there's only one five-minute or less Divas match, you can't get much less women's wrestling than that. If you just want a few workers, again using the word "solid", then STOP SIGNING MORE DIVAS! If you don't want them, don't sign them, it's as simple as that. Maybe Triple H forgot about Lita, Trish, Sable, Ivory, Molly Holly, and the like, maybe that's why he's not "high" on women's wrestling. Or maybe he just remembers the time Stephanie caught him with Trish in a hammerlock *snicker*. If he wants a solid tag team division, he better start working on getting some tag teams. Why not call up Chris Hero/Kassius Ohno, pair him with Claudio Castagnoli/Antonio Cesaro, and re-form the Kings of Wrestling? There's a tag team that would make a great division. Go out and do like I suggested, sign the Young Bucks, sign the Briscoes.
All I'm saying is, don't waste the talents of great women like Paige (Britani Knight), Emma (Tenille Tayla), Raquel (Shaul Guerrero), and Skyler (Buggy Nova), if they're never going to get their chance at greatness.
